We accept FCL and LCL enquiries. Share your quantity and destination — including Southeast Asia or the United States — and we will work through the shipment requirements with you.

SGS test reports and PPWR declarations of conformity are available for our EPAL pallets and pallet collars. Request the documents relevant to your product and specification.
FSC and heat-treatment credentials are also available for review. Documents are shared directly for the products and specifications covered, not published in full here.

Do you accept LCL pallet orders?
Yes. Share the model, quantity and destination for an LCL or FCL quotation. Smaller shipments are welcome; freight and handling still need to be evaluated for your order.
Can I review the relevant licence and documents?
Yes. We can share applicable details directly for supplier qualification. Complete credentials are not published on the website.
Can collars be included with my pallet enquiry?
Yes. Include the collar dimensions and quantities in your enquiry. We will review compatibility and whether a combined packing plan is suitable.
What information do you need to quote?
The pallet model, quantity, destination country and port or delivery location. If you do not know the port yet, the country is enough to start.
Can I mix pallets and collars in one container?
Yes. A full 40HQ reference load is 600 EPAL 1 pallets, or 2,714 standard 1200 × 800 mm pallet collar sets. For mixed loads or EPAL 3, we prepare a separate packing plan for your quantities.
